The Pride of the Ozarks Marching Band kicked off their competition season in style taking first in Class D (prelims) competition and second overall in finals competition at the Valhalla Marching Festival in Springfield. The band also won a number of other awards including outstanding visuals, color guard, percussion and best soloist in prelims; and outstanding visual, color guard and percussion in finals competition. They took second place by .175 points in finals. Congrats on a great start to the season!
