Its time again to honor some our awesome athletes, artists and Tigers! This week's 'of the weeks' are athletes Parker Elliot & Ellsie Estes; artist Thomas Pearson and Tiger Ashlee Stewart.
Parker, a linebacker, is a captain of the varsity football team and was an important part of the Tiger's recent victory, according to head coach Jeremy Cordell.
"Parker has played fantastic all season and had a fantastic game and inspiring effort on Friday in a victory against Webb City," Cordell said.

Ellsie is a member of the girls cross country team and is having a great start to her season, according to head coach Mitchell Furtkamp.
"Ellsie is coming off a big performance at our Forest Park meet," Furtkamp said. "She placed ninth overall in a very competitive field that saw state ranked teams and individuals. She looks to be in a great position to build off of a great season last year. Our girls team is showing signs of being able to compete with the best Missouri has to offer."

Thomas Pearson has been selected as the Artist of the Week! Thomas is one of Ozark's very talented artists, according to art teacher Lindsey Johnson.
"Thomas is truly one of the most creative and enthusiastic art students that I have ever had," Johnson said. "He not only goes above and beyond on the projects, but he has a selection of side projects that he works on when he is finished, and he is eager to share his crafts and ideas with everyone around him."

Ashlee is a member of FCCLA and an important leader for the organization serving as president this year, according to FCCLA Sponsor Lexy McNew.
"Not only is Ashlee a focused and conscientious student in the classroom, she is an amazing leader in the FCCLA organization," McNew said. "She is always ahead of the game, planning for what is coming up and when given any task, she completes it without question. She is super fun to attend Leadership Conferences with, as she participates fully and has a blast meeting students from other schools, cheering in the crowd and soaking up any opportunity that comes her way."
Ashlee said she loves being in FCCLA and the creativity it inspires.
"FCCLA gives me the opportunity to be my true self and express my creativity," she said. "I have been sewing for over seven years and it is wonderful to be in a club where I can represent my passion for the craft in an event, competing against other people who share the same interest. I am excited to be FCCLA president this year and to help others realize their passion."
Congrats Parker, Ellsie, Thomas & Ashlee!
