Its time again to honor some our awesome athletes, artists and Tigers! This week's 'of the weeks' are athletes Stephen Metcalf & Olivia Bullinger; artist Olivia McKinney and Tiger Jaxon Kerans.
Stephen is a member of the boys cross country team and has been putting a lot of work in on the off season, according to head coach Mitchell Furtkamp.
"Stephen enters this fall season in the best fitness I have seen throughout his four years as a cross country athlete," Furtkamp said. "He showed a lot of commitment in the summer to be consistent to the training load we presented to him. He is representing our boys team as an Ambush captain this season. He is hopeful for not only individual success but great team accomplishments this season. I believe Stephen has done the work to set himself up for a great senior year. He will be a big contributor to what our boys team can accomplish this year. Be on the lookout for Stephen and the Ambush this fall season."

Olivia B. is a member of the varsity girls golf team at had a great performance at the team's first tournament of the year, according to head coach Daniel Mullis.
"Olivia was low round for Ozark at our first tournament of the year at Deer Chase Golf Club hosted by Camdenton," Mullis said. "She improved 20 strokes from her first event last year. I'm looking for Olivia to be a vital part of our team this year and use her experience to help our newcomers."

Olivia M. is one of the newest leaders in the Women's Chorus and is ready for an amazing year, according to choir teacher Connor Gately.
"We are very excited to have so many awesome freshmen leaders in our Women's Chorus this year," Gately said. "Olivia is one of those special kids that not only works hard and is musically gifted, but also enjoys helping others simply because it is the right thing to do. She was recently chose to be class representative in her class and we're looking forward to watching her grow as a leader."

Jaxon is one of the awesome students in the culinary program and is a very curious chef, according to culinary teacher Chef Laurent Watts.
"Jaxon is curious," Watts said. "He asks great questions about culinary and how certain foods are made or why they are made a certain way. He has a true interest in culinary and the pathway to food service."
