Its time again to honor some our awesome athletes, artists and Tigers! This week's 'of the weeks' are athletes Tara Venable & Brady Schupp; artist Coralynn Hare and Tiger Garrett Stark.
Tara is an outside attacker for the varsity volleyball team and has already proven to be an important asset to the team, according to head coach Adeana Brewer.
"Tara had two incredible matches at the Jamboree last week against Kickapoo and Nixa," Brewer said. "Her stat line was remarkable, recording a .500 and .400 hitting percentage in the matches, passing in system from the serve receive line and playing all six rotations on the floor. Tara is a force at the net and is a leader by example out on the volleyball court. She is willing to do whatever it takes to lead the team to victory and will play a huge role in helping the team reach the goals they have for this season. Tara is so fun to coach and watch play."

Brady is an important member of the varsity boys soccer team, according to head coach Zack Owens.
"Brady is a powerhouse for us in the midfield," Owens said. "His work ethic and willingness to win his personal battles all over the field are going to make us successful in matches. We are excited to see him play this season."

Coralynn is one of the yearbook editors and is an important part of the team, according to sponsor Jodi Samsinak.
"Coralynn is unwavering in her dedication and hard work as our yearbook co-editor," Samsinak said. "Despite her involvement in many activities, she consistently gives her best effort to everything she does, making her an invaluable asset to our yearbook staff."

Garrett is an officer for FFA and is an important leader for the program, according to FFA sponsor Heath Wright.
"He is our FFA president and also serves as an academy ambassador," Wright said. "Garrett has a great attitude and is genuinely kind to all of his fellow classmates."
