Last week, OHS's girls golf gave a stellar performance at the COC Tournament. Sophomore Josey Roberts took home the top prize with a score of 70, winning by 12 strokes, and two under par for the course at Briarbrook.

"Josey has battled an ankle injury this year that she sustained during morning weights," OHS Head Girls Golf Coach said. "She has had to get creative with her golf swing while wearing a boot. Her determination to continue to play at a high level put her in a position to win the COC for back to back years."

COC was Roberts first tournament out of the boot. She also qualified for the Class 4 state tournament when she placed second at the district tournament earlier this month.

Ozark took home second place as a team with a team score of 389 at the COC tournament and individual scores of:
- Josey Roberts: 70
- Sam Cowan: 101
- Lydia Ruby: 104
- Olivia Bullinger: 114
- Eva Lathrom: 115
