Ozark Junior High cross country had a strong day of racing Saturday at Lebanon, with the girls team bringing home first place and the boys finishing third overall.
The Tigers are coached by Autry Acord and assisted by Joe Neylon.
The girls had an outstanding team performance, led by Diana Romanyuk, who won the race with a 1st-place finish. Melanie Romanyuk placed 4th, Elsie Black finished 5th, Suzy Hatton took 6th, and Dublynn Sitton placed 9th.
On the boys side, Ozark earned a solid third-place team finish, highlighted by Ryker Shirley, who placed 5th individually.
It was another great showing for Ozark Junior High cross country, with strong individual finishes and an impressive team championship for the girls.
