Ozark girls golf enters the season with its sights set on competing for a conference title and earning a spot at the Class 4 State Tournament.
Head coach Daniel Mullis said the Lady Tigers’ goals include finishing first in the COC East and qualifying for state, either as a team or through individual golfers.
“My personal goal is for my players to progress each week,” Mullis said.
Ozark will look to a mix of experienced upperclassmen and younger talent to lead the way this season.
Senior Olivia Bullinger will be an important leader for the Lady Tigers, along with juniors Kylie Chitwood and Mila Clark and sophomore Henley Gildehaus.
With several key golfers returning, Mullis hopes the group can continue improving throughout the season and put itself in position to compete when postseason play arrives.
The Lady Tigers will look to build momentum each week as they work toward their goals of a COC East championship and a trip to the Class 4 State Tournament.
