A pitching duel between Ozark’s Caden O’Donnell and Republic’s Brennan Overstreet on Tuesday turned on a trio of errors by the host Tigers.
Ozark fell by an 8-1 count, with Republic rallying from a 1-0 deficit by plating seven runs in the sixth and another tally in the seventh.
Ozark committed three throwing errors in the sixth.
O’Donnell shut out Republic over the first five innings, before being touched for five runs in the sixth.
