Ozark Cross Country is state-bound once again! The Tigers are proud to send both a girls' team and three individual boys to compete at the state meet this weekend. This marks the third consecutive year Ozark’s girls team has qualified for state. The boys’ qualifiers end a dry spell, as this will be the first time since 2021 Ozark has been represented at the state level.
Girls medalists:
Sydney Lister – sixth place
Ellsie Estes – 22nd
Grace Smith – 29th
Additional girl qualifiers: Allie Mills, Kira Cantrell, Kaylee Johnson, and Iyla Garner
Boys medalists:
Garrett Stafford – 22nd
Andrew Ashley – 29th
Chase Kitchin – 30th
These student-athletes will represent Ozark at the state meet on Friday, Nov. 7.
