Brady Schupp will be debuting a new look Tuesday when Ozark makes just its second home appearance of the season while hosting Republic.
Schupp, a senior co-captain who was an All-COC East First-Team selection while netting nine goals last season, is due to return to the Tigers after suffering a concussion and fractured orbital bone in a collision with a Jefferson City Helias player a week ago. He will be outfitted with a face mask that he hopes will be similar to the black mask LeBron James has worn on a couple occasions in his NBA career to protect a broken nose.
“I’m going for the LeBron mask,” Schupp said. “I’ll have to wear a face mask that goes around my nose and where the fracture is. I’m hoping it looks pretty cool.”
