OF THE WEEKS (4/22)

OZARK

OZARK TIGERS | 4/22/2025

Its time again to honor some our awesome athletes, artists and Tigers! This week's 'of the weeks' are athletes Jordan Giles & Chloe Kondracki; artist Kaitie Coleman; and Tiger Jasper Jones.

Jordan is a member of the boys track team and consistently brings his best to the program, according to Head Track Coach Justin Emmerton.

“Jordan has improved every year,” Emmerton said. “He is self-motivated on and off the track. Jordan has a great sense of humor, a very competitive drive, and an admirable sense of responsibility and leadership.”

Jordan shared that what he enjoys most about track is how it pushes him to be his very best.

“The thing I like most about track is being able to compete with yourself every time you do your event,” he said. “In track, you get out of it what you put in, and it’s very rewarding. I’m excited for the conference meet this year and the competition it will bring.”

Chloe is one of the talented players on the girls soccer team and serves as an important leader, according to Head Coach Zack Owens.

“She is our current leading scorer with 11 goals and two assists, consistently finding ways to create scoring opportunities and finish with confidence,” Owens said. “Beyond her impressive stats, she also serves as one of our team captains, leading with both skill and heart.”

Kaitie is one of OHS's many talented choir members and has really grown over the past few years, according to Assistant Choir Director Connor Gately.

“Kaitie has been an invaluable member of the OHS Choral Program since joining," Gately said. "Watching her excel and grow as a musician and leader over the past few years has truly been a joy. In just a few weeks, she will be performing at the State Solo/Small Ensemble contest as both a soloist and an ensemble singer. Beyond that, her kindness, work ethic, and desire to serve have left an immeasurable mark on our program. She is an amazing kid and will be missed!”

Jasper is a cadet in the JROTC program and has already become an important leader for the program, according to JROTC Instructor Jason Allen.

"Jasper is a dedicated member of the Ozark JROTC Program, serving as both a Raider and a leader on the Armed Drill Team," Allen said. "He consistently leads by example, whether in the classroom, in the hallways, or during practice. Jasper is a true go-getter. He never makes excuses and always strives to improve himself while encouraging those around him to do the same. His leadership, work ethic, and positive attitude make him a standout among his peers and an excellent representative of our school values."

Congrats Jordan, Chloe, Kaitie & Jasper!
