The Ozark High School Boys Basketball team wrapped up a solid season with many standout performances under new head coach James Donnelly. The varsity team finished with a 14-13 record, highlighted by a thrilling road win against Parkview and a strong 3rd place finish at the Shawnee Mission West tournament. This marked the team’s first winning season in the past two years, a major milestone for the program. The JV team ended with a 9-15 record but showed great improvement, winning 5 of their last 6 games. The 9th-grade team also finished 9-15, with a standout victory against Kickapoo. Postseason honors are still being finalized, but the team already celebrated individual achievements, including All-Conference selections for Kylan Pickren (1st Team) and Hudson Roberts (2nd Team). The season was filled with growth, perseverance, and plenty of excitement, and the future is looking bright for Ozark Basketball!
